In this solo episode I am sharing a personal anecdote as a mean to examine the tension between our need for safety and our need for freedom and how it can manifest in our bodies, culture and more.

I find that this tension is very present nowadays as the Covid pandemic magnifies both the need for safety and the need for freedom. I am trying to offer a way to help us preserve the ability to communicate even while confronting people with opposing values than ours.
