Material for the brain #26

Consent through the 4 quadrant model.

Episdoe #26 - Consensual CI and the jam Egregore

In this solo episode, I explore the issues around the topic of consent within the contact improvisation world and beyond.

In order to explore such a complicated topic, I have been referring to the 4 quadrant model of Ken Wilber's Integral Theory, to help with the process of identification and categorisation of the different challenges and tools we might use to address the problem.

As always, I have been trying to find out the principles rather than the specifics so that you might be able to draw inspiration into other situations and contexts. I find it an important topic to reflect and discuss and I hope you will enjoy this episode.
