The Movement Lab Retreat Series

A new collaboration in the countryside

How would life feel for you with more ease, joy, and presence?
What could happen if movement became a conversation between you, nature, and the circle around you?

We are happy to announce a new unique opportunity in the Movement Lab — a dedicated study group that will be led by the Movement Lab founder Matan Levkowich, in collaboration with NicolaYa Haueis ("Sisters Creation - der gelebte Kreis" founder).

Together we bring the languages of dance and circle culture (Kreiskultur) into dialogue: two paths of embodied learning that meet in movement, listening, and community.

Our first step will be an introductory weekend workshop, hosted in the magical community Garten der Generationen in Herzogenburg, Lower Austria. This weekend stands on its own as a meaningful experience — and it also opens the door to a longer retreat program beginning in Spring 2026.

During this workshop you will:
Experience the powerful potential of movement as a gateway to connection and transformation.
Discover simple practices that bring more ease, joy, and presence into daily life.
Learn how movement and circle practice can deepen your relationship with yourself and others.
Meet potential companions for the upcoming journey, feel the spirit of the community, and ask your questions about the program launching in 2026.
