I had the pleasure to experience Matan’s classes both in the studio as well as online. He offers a huge variety of interesting movement principles and topics, which has been very inspiring and enriching.

I find his detailed, clear, precise approach towards movement is highly valuable and enables me as a dancer to really understand and therefore master even complex moves.

Even despite the restrictions that we face in online classes, he manages to provide highly qualitative training, establishing a concentrated and pleasurable working atmosphere, that I could really benefit of in a way that I have rarely experienced in other online classes.

After his classes, that have been both very physical and theoretically reflected, I always felt strengthened and richer in movement knowledge.

I can highly recommend Matan’s online teaching. I like the structure of his classes, including strength training and stretching before working on specific movement vocabulary. He is aware of the circumstances of online training, responding to each participant individually, giving specific feedback and time to reflect together with the group.
